Join me as I reflect on what the Giant Loop ride means to me as I attend my second, the 12th annual. It’s no secret that I battle depression and mental illness on the daily. I went to this year’s ride with the intent of truly reflecting and attempting to document just exactly what it was about this event that helped me last year so very much.
