Years ago, I bought your big Dry Pod and Fandango Tank Bag for my Moto Guzzi Stelvio and they are still to this day in use and holding up great. A year ago, I decided to ditch the heavy metal panniers and racks and decided to go with your Great Basin Saddlebag with a couple of Possibles Pouches to go along with it. It was a great decision and there’s zero chance I would ever go back to a hard bag system again. They worked terrific off road and you forget they’re even on the bike and they never move an inch.
This year, I decided to buy a lighter smaller bike to leave out West to do BDR’s, the TAT etc on. I picked up a new Royal Enfield Himalayan for the task. I was eager to see if I could get the Great Basin bag to work on the Himalayan. I was so happy to see that the bag works as well on it, as it does on the Stelvio. In fact, it looks like it was made for the bike. I moved the Possibles Pouches to the side tank guards and added a Fender Bag to hold my First Aid kit. Amazingly, the Possibles Pouches hold my tire spoons and two tubes. They’re perfect. I like the set up so much, that I’m going to leave this set on the Himalayan out West and buy another for the Stelvio.
