* GPS tracks with many different riding options to suit a variety of bike types and rider skill levels.
* On-site medical support by Adventure Medics.
* Two nights of hot springs camping (dry camping included, for RV hookups, cabins, suites or other accommodations, contact Crane Hot Springs at (541) 493-2312.
* Two dinners, two breakfasts.
* Microbrew beer and other adult beverages, plus coffee, water and soft drinks and snacks.
* GL Ride t-shirt.
* GL Ride Zigzag Handlebar Bag.
* Prizes, games, giveaways.
* 19+ vendors (more still confirming).
* Multimedia presentations.
* Demo rides provided by major manufacturer (possibly three different brands – check email for updates!)
WHAT’S INCLUDED FOR NON-RIDERS?
We offer the NON-RIDER option to accommodate couples/spouses/partners who want to come, but one of them is NOT a motorcycle rider and will NOT be participating in any of the riding, riding related activities (demo rides, contests, etc.) and will NOT require onsite medical support to extract them from a riding zone. NON-RIDERS receive food, beverage, camping, hot springs access, swag, etc.

FRIDAY, JUNE 3
• NOON ’til DINNER Riders arrive, sign in and receive swag bag, set up camp, etc. No-hookups camping is included for Friday and Saturday night – other accommodations and additional nights must be arranged with Crystal Crane Hot Springs: 541-493-2312.
• DEMO RIDES! Harley-Davidson, KTM and Royal Enfield will all have demo bikes – sign up early and ride them all.
• Vendors are joining us, representing some of the finest brands and companies in powersports. Bring a little extra cash and get the chance to preview and demo gear.
• Route maps and GPS tracks will be SENT IN EMAIL PRIOR TO RIDE! Please download and review before leaving for Crystal Crane. Riders should form a group of three or more, and decide on routes on Friday.
• Prep bikes and riders for Saturday – best to have a FULL tank of gas ready for ride out Saturday morning.
• 4:00 – 5:00 Ask The GPS Guru with world traveler Laura Seaver.
• 5:00 Packaged beverages (beer, wine, cider, water, soft drinks) and snacks served.
• 6:00 Mandatory riders meeting.
• 6:30 Ranch Style Pulled Pork Dinner – brought to you in part by Moto Camp Nerd
• 8:00 Media presentations on outdoor screen: TBA
SATURDAY, JUNE 4
• 6:00 Coffee will be on
• 7:00 Hearty Breakfast
• 8:00 – 9:30 Ask The GPS Guru with world traveler Laura Seaver. If you are solo, meet here to find a group to ride with if you haven’t already found buddies.
• 9:00 Ride! This BIG country, so you’ll want all of the daylight available – everyone is on their own for lunch.
• 5:00 Return to camp for snacks and beverages
• 5:30 Riding skills games and contest
• 6:30 Francis Estep’s Smokin’ Pit BBQ Signature Smoked Prime Rib Dinner!
• 8:00 Prizes and awards
